You are in the right place if you are...
Frustrated by bloating, hormonal breakouts, painful periods, or fatigue that won’t go away.
Confused by all the advice online and unsure what’s actually right for your body.
Tired of trying quick fixes that only help for a few weeks.
Ready to feel balanced, clear, and confident in your body again.
As a naturopath and medical herbalist, I help women uncover the root causes of their symptoms and create calm, sustainable plans that work with their hormones, gut, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll move beyond managing symptoms to restoring balance so you can feel like yourself again.

A holistic approach backed by science: Two ways to work with me
Everyone’s health journey is different. Some people need focused guidance on a specific issue, while others need deeper, ongoing support to address complex or long-standing symptoms.
Here are the two ways you can work with me.
Best for: Targeted concerns, short-term guidance, or those who want support around a specific issue.
Standard naturopathic consultations are designed to provide individualised advice, education, and recommendations based on your symptoms, history, and goals.
This option may include:
-
One-off or occasional consultations
-
Nutrition, lifestyle, herbal, and supplement guidance
-
Review of existing blood work or test results
-
Practical strategies you can implement independently
This approach works well if:
-
Your symptoms are mild to moderate
-
You’re looking for direction rather than ongoing support
-
You prefer to manage implementation on your own between sessions
Standard support offers flexibility and professional guidance, but progress depends largely on how consistently recommendations are applied and followed up.
-
Best for: Women with endometriosis, PCOS or complex hormonal symptoms who want clarity, structure, and ongoing guidance rather than trial-and-error.
The Thrive programs are comprehensive, multi-phase support pathways designed to address the root drivers of symptoms using functional testing, personalised treatment plans, and consistent 1:1 care.
Rather than isolated appointments, Thrive provides an integrated framework where testing, interpretation, treatment, and support are connected and adjusted as your body responds.
Inside Thrive, you receive:
-
Advanced functional testing and interpretation
-
A personalised, phased treatment plan
-
Ongoing 1:1 practitioner support
-
Access to the Thrive hub, resources, and protocols
-
Structured guidance so you know what to focus on at each stage
The program begins with an initial 1–2 month stabilisation and clarity phase, where we identify what’s driving your symptoms and support the systems under the most strain. From there, you can choose to continue into the full program for deeper treatment and long-term support.
This approach is ideal if:
-
You’ve tried many things and still feel stuck
-
Your symptoms are complex, cyclical, or worsening
-
You want to stop guessing and be guided step-by-step
-
You value ongoing support, accountability, and adjustment
Thrive is designed to take the pressure off you to figure everything out alone. It’s structured, personalised care that adapts to your body not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
-
If you’re unsure which level of support best suits your needs, the first step is a Discovery Call.
This is a supportive conversation where we explore what’s been going on, what you’ve tried, and whether standard support or a Thrive program is the most appropriate next step.

Women's health support
At Naturalist, I specialise in women's health naturopathy for hormonal imbalances, PCOS, endometriosis, acne, and gut health concerns. Using natural and science-backed methods, I help women throughout New Zealand uncover the root causes of their symptoms and regain control of their health.
Based in Wanaka for in-person consultation and online for the rest of New Zealand.
PCOS & Endometriosis
Support for irregular cycles, pain, fatigue, acne, and fertility challenges using a natural, root-cause approach. We’ll work to balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and ease symptoms through nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support.
Hormone imbalance
If you're dealing with mood swings, sore breasts, heavy periods, or PMS, these may be signs of hormone imbalance. I help you rebalance naturally using herbs, targeted nutrients, and nervous system support.
Gut health
Digestive issues like bloating, constipation, and food sensitivities can impact hormones, skin, and energy. I use naturopathic tools to repair gut health and rebalance your microbiome for lasting results.
Skin health
Hormonal acne, jawline breakouts, and inflamed skin are often linked to deeper imbalances. We’ll uncover the root cause and restore healthy skin from the inside out.
Introducing our new Thrive Programs for Endometriosis and PCOS
Rather than stand-alone appointments, these programs offers ongoing structure, personalised testing, and consistent support so nothing is left to chance.
It’s a clear, step-by-step roadmap for supporting endometriosis and PCOS, with testing, guidance, and 1:1 care woven together over time.

Frequently asked questions
I work with women experiencing hormonal, gut, skin, and cycle-related symptoms, including endometriosis, PCOS, painful or irregular periods, hormonal acne, bloating, fatigue, and stress-related symptoms. The focus is always on understanding what’s driving these patterns, not just managing them.
Many people come to me after trying supplements, diets, medications, or one-off appointments with little lasting change. Naturopathy looks at how your hormones, gut, liver, nervous system, and immune system are functioning together. We use testing, personalised plans, and ongoing support to create change your body can actually sustain.
Yes. Functional testing is a key part of my work. It helps us move away from guesswork and clearly identify the root drivers behind your symptoms. Testing may include hormone panels, gut testing, nutrient status, and stress markers. Not everyone needs the same tests, and recommendations are always personalised.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me. Many clients come feeling confused, dismissed, or unsure what is going on in their body. We start by understanding your symptoms, history, and patterns, then decide what testing or support will be most helpful.
Yes. These are two areas I work with extensively. Support is focused on reducing symptom burden, improving hormonal and inflammatory balance, supporting gut and liver function, and helping your body feel safer and more regulated over time. Care is always individual and adapted as your body responds.
Most clients work with me through structured programs rather than single appointments. This allows time for testing, interpretation, treatment, and support to evolve together. We start with clarity and stabilisation, then move into deeper, targeted treatment as your body is ready.
Yes. I work with clients throughout New Zealand via online consultations. Testing, treatment plans, and ongoing support can all be managed remotely.
Timelines vary depending on your history and symptoms. Some people notice early shifts within weeks, while deeper hormonal or inflammatory patterns take longer. The goal is steady, sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.
If you feel stuck, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or tired of trial and error, this approach is likely a good fit. A Discovery Call is the best way to explore whether working together aligns with your goals.
